Project: Data Privacy Resilience Program

• Conducting comprehensive data analysis to identify how sensitive data is being collected, stored, and managed.
• Defining the current state of data privacy processes, workflows, policies, and controls whilst designing an ideal state that strengthens data privacy.

Project: APRA Superannuation Data Transformation (Finance Reporting)

• Led requirements gathering process of defining the current state of expenses reporting to APRA and what the ideal state needed to be to ensure compliance to the then newly launched APRA reporting standards.
• Obtained various data extracts and performed data quality assurance checks to identify areas of non-compliance.
• Collaborated with PwC (external auditors) to design data governance strategies to enable compliance with APRA.
• Designed data quality controls in line with industry best practices.
• Documented all findings in the Business Requirements document.
• Coordinated solution design by collaborating with Product Owners, IT, Finance, and Project Delivery.
• Translated business requirements into IT specifications during build phase of a customised APRA reporting system.
• Post implementation performed testing, front-to-back data flow analysis, mapping the end-to-end data flows, producing data flow diagrams, and developed Standard Operating Procedures.
• Collaborated with change managers to train Product Owners on compliant APRA data reporting under new standards.

Project: Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation (Finance Module Stream)

• Collaborated with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Coordinated decommissioning of old ERP (Sage 300) and data migration to the new Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Designed Finance processes and workflows of data feeds into Finance General Ledger.
• Oversaw API integrations to other modules such as Procurement, Human Capital Management, and ERP Analytics.
• Worked closely with the IT development team to implement and configure the standard features of the new ERP in addition to requested customisations.
• Supported the IT testing team by preparing Test Cases for system testing, regression testing, and UAT.
• Implemented data security measures to sensitive information by implementing ID Access Management (IDAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and User Activity Monitoring (UAM).

Project: PMO Governance & Projects Investments Strategy

• Developed the end-to-end project governance framework in the then newly created Project Management Office (PMO).
• Designed robust financial controls and monitored project spending.
• Led the financial due diligence by reviewing, verifying, and challenging business cases and project funding requests.
• Advised the business on investment prioritisation decisions and provided recommendations in conjunction with the Head of PMO.
• Performed business analysis on new Software Implementation projects such as a new Student Training & Assessment system, Salesforce CRM Upgrade, and Subscriptions Payment system.
• Led the Procurement function in the PMO by coordinating vendor selection and evaluation, tender processes, and onboarding.
• Produced project portfolio reports for Senior Management such as the Board, Audit & Risk Committee, and Executive Leadership team.
• Helped the Technology team implement a new Agile delivery framework and adopt agile methodologies.

• Revamped management reports and built interactive data visualisation dashboards from Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, and SAP BusinessObjects.
• Proactively led continuous improvement initiatives such as reviewing product pricing, identifying redundant process activities and eliminating them, building a new intranet site and knowledge centre, reviewing Finance policies, and writing a new Capital Expenditure policy in line with AASB 138 – Intangible Assets.
