Having Cert 3 in Landscape and Construction I found that Fencing and Retaining Walls my work of choice, Building Wooden and Colour Bond Fences, Wooden and Concrete Retaining Walls, And also Landscaping Has kept me Busy.. Now I have decided that I would like to go back to what I am trained in.. That being a Chef.

My job entailed Catering from 100 to 1300 persons, My primary role was Breakfast Chef, Which also included all the Baking, Sweets, Desserts, and Breads, Buffet Breakfast.. Was adaptable to move onto Day Chef where I oversaw the Running of the Kitchen. This was a FIFO role which I stayed there for 2 years and Loved working for ISS at Homeground.. The reason my position ceased was due to Vaccinations being mandated at this site and I chose not to be Vaccinated so my job was terminated...
I also received an email last year asking myself to come back as they had chosen not to Mandate Vaccinations, But by this time my Fencing Business was established so chose not to go back.
Worked for OICS as Day Chef / Camp Manager for 2 years. I was Catering on Rigs all over Queensland doing the GLNG Gas Line.
My Position involved Catering to the crew, In Charge of Camp Attendants and Housekeeping Staff .. A ton of Paperwork each day which included Daily Reports, HSE documentation, Rig Manager Liaison, Fuel and Bio Septic Documents, Staff Reports, Menu Planning, Ordering, and everything else that is involved with running a Camp..
