Jonathon Avlonitis

I’m a skilled roofing and construction professional with experience in both residential and commercial projects. I started my career at Creative Metal Roofing, where I spent six months on-site working on roof installations. During this time, I contributed to notable projects like Mona Vale Surf Club, Warriewood Ambulance Station, Glenmore Park Care Community, ANHF Nursing Home in Gordon, and St. Marks Coptic Primary School.

After gaining hands-on experience, I transitioned into project management in the office, where I was responsible for coordinating schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring project quality.

In addition to my field experience, I studied Construction Management at TAFE, which helped me develop a solid understanding of project coordination and site management. This education has been crucial in helping me manage projects efficiently and effectively.

I also spent 3-4 months working in landscaping, learning a variety of construction skills, including brickwork, tiling, excavation, and working with power tools. This experience broadened my knowledge of the overall construction process.

I then returned to roofing, joining Inline Metal Roofing, a company that frequently subcontracted work from Creative Metal Roofing. Here, I worked on both commercial and residential roofing projects, refining my skills in metal roofing installation and project management. This role allowed me to manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and quality control at every stage.

Over the past year, I’ve been with All Coast Roofing & Restorations, handling both metal and tile roofing work. This role has further expanded my skills, particularly in roof restoration and repair
