* Recruitment of pool technicians to deliver a range of services including troubleshooting problems, cleaning and balancing pools, installation of pool equipment such as filters, pumps, chlorinators, heaters, covers etc...

* Increasing sales via targetted marketing activities and increasing database from zero to over 3,000 customers currently on database

* Driving sales growth year on year and achieving yearly revenue of in excess of $800,000 in last financial year

My role focused on creating tailored online learning solutions that delivered on specific organisational objectives as well as individual learning requirements. Some of my achievements included:

* Providing a dedicated learning portal for Toyota employees that were being transitioned out of the company due to closure of Toyota. Specifically providing them with ongoing skills that would assist them in finding new employment opportunities after role redundancy. Revenue
