Achievements

  • Researching, cold-calling and pitching to over 100 hospitality professionals, signing up over 60 exhibitors for the Festival's food market
  • Leading the volunteer recruitment campaign through designing and posting the recruitment ad, creating a roster and volunteer missions, organising briefing sessions with the support of our interns and negotiating special volunteer prices with some of our vendors
  • Creating and implementing a Festival Stall Holder pack, including a food safety audit and a daily checklist
  • Assisting with bump in/bump out and event delivery, leading to an attendance performance of over 0.5million visitors over 3 days
