Started off as a 16-17 year old fresh out of School to start a Stores & Sales Customer Service roll within the Hydraulic Fittings industry.


Majority of my time was promoting the brand, selling 316 Stainless Steel Hydraulic Fittings, Adaptors, Ball Valves, Quick Release Couplings, Tube & Pipe Clamps/Fasteners, Hydraulic Thermoplastic Hose, Pre-assembly Tooling (DIN2353 Metric Compression), Imperial Twin Ferrule Compression Fittings to name a few.


After a many years, my service skills & knowledge grew to then step into an Operational Management Role where I serviced many key industries and sectors like (but not limited to): Oil & Gas, Marine, Mining, Offshore, Fire Suppression, Lubrication, Agriculture, Transport, Defence and many more.


I bring with me knowledge within this industry of over 14 years of great customer service & sales experience, supporting & servicing all customer/client needs, account management, team building & leadership, inventory management, purchasing, inwards & outwards goods, freight management & logistics, dealing with national & international suppliers on a large scale.


I work great in a team environment and also individually, with my main focus being 100% customer service driven & overall customer satisfaction being top priority.
