Jordan Fergus

I have worked within a property area with family to maintain boundaries, machines and animals.

I have been taught how to operate a front end loader, farm buggy and motor bike and have been able to operate these independently- i feel this will assist me in future learnings of operating various different machinery in a safe and productive manner.

I understand that safety is key and good listening skills are important and clear communication skills.

I am a keen learner and i am eager to learn new skills and work in a good team environment.

My family and i experienced the effects from the floods first hand and this has made me adaptable, flexible and a good problem solver. It has also shown me the strengths that people as individuals and as a community can build.

I am now ready and wanting to learn more and become independent in life and the first step for this i feel is with getting a job.
