- Creating job cards for hydraulic technicians to perform numerous tasks and monitored progress, as well as assisted, to ensure timely completion

- Generating successful proposals for large tendering jobs and project scheduling, achieving high margins and cost savings.

- Involvement in kick off, progress meetings and technical clarifications with clients and suppliers to ensure compliance to project scope and management of change control.

- Developing quality management plan, risk register and matrixes and lessons learned register
