I worked at the Australia Open 2023 for a period of two weeks alongside Rockpool Bar & Grill as a temporary chef. At Rockpool, I helped around the kitchen but mostly I helped with the entree and desserts.

At Yakimono I handled the Meat section which consist of grilling wagyu rump cap, beef skewers, chicken skewers, flank steaks. I also helped on the Hot Larder Section such as fried rice, ramen, udon, and the deepfrying dishes.
Ko. Cak is an online business that I created during the pandemic that sells iced coffee and Chinese donuts with different type of toppings both sweet and savory.
The dish itself is an innovation based on Thai dish, "Pa Thong Ko". At Ko.Cak I'm in charge of the cooking and creation of the dish, stock taking and inventory of the ingredients, and admin of the customer order & deliveries.
Dragon Hotpot is a chinese restaurant that serves hotpot with different variations such as Mala soup, Collagen soup, and Mala Ban sauce. I handled the cooking and topping section of the hotpot.
Script Bar & Bistro is an authentic Italian Restaurant located in Southbank, Melbourne. I handled most of the entree & dessert section which consist of salads, antipasto, polenta chips, and dessert such as pannacotta, creme brulee, creme caramel, and cheese platter.
Zenraku is a Japanese Restaurant that serves Chazuke with Dashi broth. I handled the side dish section.

At Yamatoten Abura Soba, I was working at three different outlets in between my school holidays at Senayan City (July, 2016), Grand Indonesia (July, 2017), Pik Avenue (July, 2018). I handled the side dishes and help with some of the main dishes.
