Assess and sign off staff on different competencies, like procedural sedation, cannulation, PORT access, Quantaflex (continuous nitros sedation).
Team leading a resus' and the resus team. Coordinate staff during high pressure situations to ensure best patient outcomes. Anticipation of potential obstacles that may arise with presentations and prepare solutions. Aware of potential research projects and coordination of these during the resus.
