• Plan and deliver engaging lessons with a strong focus on literacy and numeracy.
• Differentiate teaching to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
• Assess and report on student progress in literacy, numeracy, and other curriculum areas.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support ongoing learning.
• Build positive, respectful, and supportive relationships with students to foster engagement and well-being.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to share practices, plan programs, and contribute to whole-school priorities.
• Work as part of a team to create consistent approaches to teaching and learning.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Manage classroom resources effectively to support student learning.
• Engage in ongoing professional learning, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
