• Responsible for the onboarding of new Franchise Partners in all aspects of store and BOH operations.
• Updating, coordinating and facilitating the Boost New Partner Program.
• Assisting with new store openings nationally and liaising with relevant departments to meet opening deadlines. Overseeing partner onboarding, team training and onboarding, and store setup.
• Ensuring training content, including online modules and videos, Standard Operating Procedures, operational documents and processes, remain updated, relevant and aligned with operational standards and objectives.
• Providing post-settlement support to Franchise Partners; assisting with marketing opportunities, operational and customer service standards and COGS and Labour management.
• Conducting Quality Assurance Reviews/audits on stores to ensure operational compliance.
• Building relationships with Franchise Partners and providing ongoing support in both the training and operation of their stores.

Responsible for managing a team in a fast-paced, customer service focussed environment.

Monitoring COGS and adhering to labour budgets, as well as setting and driving sales targets and KPIs amongst the team. Assisted in the recruitment and onboarding of staff, and maintained a positive, safe work envrionemnt.

Assisted in opening a new store, and maintained responsibility for sales and labour budgets, as well as team recruitment and training. Strong focus on inventory management and visual merchandising.

Managing a shift, including opening and closing duties, cash management and supervising a team. Assisted in team development and training.
