- Currently, I am employed with Theircare, a casual director of service and educator for multiple before and after-school care services
- I began my journey with Theircare as I wanted to further assist various children in reaching their academic potential
- Although I am currently casual, I am provided with Monday to Friday shifts, as I was requested by parents to consistently work with their children
- I hold pride in my ability to build trusting relationships for children to feel comfortable with their learning
- As well as a strong ability to work closely with my coworkers to promote a flowing work environment.

- I became an aide float for all Foundation Teachers and then ran an after-school care program for kindergarten students
- I was on a fulltime contract
- I loved my position as an aide because I was rewarded with children achieving more out of their academic milestones

- I worked closely with children who had learning deficiencies, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder
- I attended PD days to ensure my practice was excelling so that the children constantly felt heard and supported.

- I became an educator at Greenhills Primary School March in 2021, where I quickly showed my attention to detail and willingness to facilitate children’s learning
- Within 6 months I was granted an employment opportunity to become director of the service
- Where I underwent hours of planning and critical reflection to ensure attending children were presented with a high-quality level of care
- During my time at Greenhills Primary School, I ran multiple holiday programs where children were safely transported to the Zoo, Movies, Aquariums, Bowling and more! To promote a fun and inclusive environment

- I also created a safe space for attending children with attentional learning and behavioural requirements to ensure their Inclusion Support Plans were enforced.
