Currently engaged in a large and complex customer transformation program of work that aims to decommission multiple legacy fulfillment systems and transition to a modern, unified and integrated fulfillment platform. The project is currently in the Design and Build phase.

My responsibilities include:

• Co-developing the data migration strategy, followed by subsequent detailed plans to support the data migration workstream.
• Detailed data analysis across 14 source systems to understand data quality, health, and data scoping for the future state.
• Representing data migration in different architecture forums to align with domain, solution, and integration architecture, in addition to other stakeholders across the program.
• Facilitation workshops that entail source system data discovery, profiling, and mapping requirements.
• Engaged as the point person to participate in various cutover and release discussions to ensure data migration coverage.

Tech Stack: Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, Ataccama (DQ and MDM).

• Engaged and Facilitated workshops involving various subject matter expert groups to assess current state reporting and establish an accurate depiction of existing data and reporting processes
• Developed the initial iteration of the Reporting and Data Archiving Strategy, which outlines the envisioned future state of data and reporting and outlines the steps to achieve this
• Established the framework for Azure DevOps to effectively manage all Product Backlog items and User Stories for the entire program
