• Indigenous Engagement & Land Rehabilitation: Negotiated BMA-wide framework agreements with Barada Barna Traditional Owners for land rehabilitation services, enabling BMA to meet its Indigenous procurement spend target while strengthening community partnerships.
• Wash Plant Structural Remediation: Led end-to-end tendering, negotiation, and contract management for a $25M structural remediation of the Goonyella Riverside coal processing plant. Delivered shutdown-critical works under tight timeframes, managed high variation volume, and successfully negotiated $2M in claim reductions.
• Project Bundling Strategy: Initiated and executed a bundling strategy for $120M of earthworks and drainage projects, aligning timelines to enable a single contractor to be engaged over a continuous 2-year program - achieving over $16M in mobilisation and demobilisation savings.

• Managed end-to-end procurement and contract negotiation for MetCoal capital projects across construction, electrical systems, processing equipment, conveyors, pumps, pipelines, powerlines, and substations
• Conducted commercial, technical, and safety evaluations; provided award recommendations to discipline leads and the MetCoal Supply Chain Manager.
• Drafted and executed contracts in SAP Ariba, ensuring alignment with Scope of Works, technical specifications, and project stakeholder requirements.
• Negotiated key contract terms including liquidated damages, security arrangements, milestone structures, and payment conditions.
• Acted as Projects team lead for SAP Ariba implementation, designed tender and RFQ templates and supported change management across teams.
