  • Creation and delivery of 360 Surveys for managers and above
  • Assisting on the question set, building the survey through Ask Your Team, organising the rollout & comms regarding the process for all involved, instruct managers how to deliver constructive feedback, building 24 surveys and creating personalised reports for managers to discuss with their direct reports
