- Oversaw construction and delivery Harvey Norman Homemaker Centre in Macgregor, QLD with over 23,000 sqm of retail space that, will include a large format retail homemaker centre with food and drink outlets and 21 shop or showroom style tenancies as well as Harvey Norman and Domayne showrooms
- Managed the construction of the new Moreton Bay Regional Council (MBRC) Works Depot on Boundary Road, Narangba, consolidates three existing depots into one facility
- The project includes a 3-level office building, warehouse, stores, wash bay, refuelling station, parking, and related infrastructure
- External works involved a signalised intersection and road upgrades
- Covering 60,828m² with a GFA of 6,456m², the site is listed on the Environmental Management Register due to its landfill history
- Extensive earthworks included dynamic compaction and the import of approximately 135,000m³ of material to level the site for construction
- Managed the construction of a carpark consists of four suspended levels with an internal spiral ramp and link bridge
- Built for the Queensland Government's Department of Transport and Main Roads, the facility increases the total number of available car parks around the Springfield Central station precinct to over 1100
- Delivered a state-of-the-art sports facility, including three multi-purpose sporting courts, annex buildings, and significant flood risk mitigation through external drainage solutions Managed the construction of a Sports Hall, 4 new tennis courts, Fire ring main upgrade throughout the whole school
- The hall consisted of 3 basketball courts with three latest sporting systems including 8x5 TV screen and the latest audio and visual installation
