
I am currently a Customer Advisor at National Australia Bank. Throughout my tenure, I have gained experience in providing personal banking advice, financial data handling, and identifying discrepancies and reconciling machines and reports, whilst maintaining compliance with banking regulations. I have extensive experience in reviewing financial information, resolving complex account issues, and ensuring documentation and process requirements are satisfied during lending and customer onboarding. I am looking to bring my current strengths to a new role where I can continue to develop my skill set whilst ensuring positive outcomes for clients.
