  • Accountable for all operational functions for VIC, SA & TAS.
  • Service Delivery Performance (95% + on time performance).
  • Gross Margin – managing and maximising gross margin through operational efficiencies and customer/carrier rate negotiation (10% GM target across entire customer base).

Achievements:


  • Progression through several roles within the business, initially from an assistant role to most recently Head of Operations.
  • Opening Netlogix Melbourne office, initially as the sole employee. Growth to 8 staff, 5 of which are direct reports.
  • Successful negotiation and implementation of several large clients including Allied Pinnacle, Petbarn, Oji Fibre Solutions, H&M, Dricon and Laminex.
  • Involvement in the re-branding committee, engaging in several workshops with design and market positioning agencies.
