• CONSTRUCTION, I have ten years of welding experience, I have worked in a full time labouring position at a pre cast concreting business. My family has run a steel frame manufacturing and erection business for many years. I have gained good skills from an early age about the building game. Woodworking skills through my vet courses during school. I have a good knowledge on pool reinforcing and steel bending.
• HOSPITALITY, I can present meals to a high standard, receive and store kitchen supplies, prepare, cook and serve food in a service position, develop and update my hospitality knowledge, follow workplace hygiene procedures, prepare stocks, sauces and soups. I can select, prepare and cook poultry, pastries, cakes and yeast goods, work well with colleagues and customers in socially diverse environments, follow health, safety and security procedures and take direction. I also have a personal recommendation from Karl Ewald, the Head Chef of Skycity Darwin after being part of one of the largest outdoor seated black tie dining event in Darwin.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE, I have refined my customer service skills over different aspects of my working life. From The Tenpin Bowling Alley to McDonalds (Palmerston) I have learned to interact with customers with a smile on my face. I am eager to please the customer, knowing full well that return business is important and is one of the most positive ways I can influence the business.
