As managing partner of AU, it was my role to help launch the company and be the driver of all things experiential production and live events. I helped procure work, onboard suppliers, negotiate rates, resource staff and develop optimised management systems to ensure the company had strong roots.

As head of production at Traffik, it was my responsibility to own the workload and profitability of my department. I lead all things careers for my team, built the team from 1 to 6 people across both Sydney and Melbourne and managed their workloads and careers within the business. Senior Producer

As Senior Producer, I started this role as a freelancer then moved to full-time after 3 months. I then revolutionalised the production arm at Traffik, using my own suppliers and network to start producing award-winning work for the agency. I was the only Sydney producer selected to stay with the agency through COVID and assisted the agency deliver great work during COVID and start developing the production team further coming out of COVID. Employee of the month on 3 seperate occasions for delivering great work and bringing higher profitability for the agency.
