• Nominated by Coles Liquor for 'Liquor Store Manager of the Year' and 'Store of the Year' (Rozelle Liquorland) for the Retail Drinks Industry Awards 2023.
• Appointed as 'Audit Champion' for NSW CBD1 area. Placed in charge of checking and maintaining audit compliance across 24 Sydney based stores.
• Appointed as ‘Payroll Champion’ in FY2025 for NSW2 Area (30 Stores) - Oversee and manage payroll compliance across all stores in the area as well as conduct payroll training for managers.
• Appointed as ‘Enterprise Agreement Champion’ in FY2025 for NSW2 Area – Coles Liquor entered a new enterprise agreement during FY25 – Responsible for learning the details of the new agreement, conducting training sessions
  with the store managers within NSW2 area, and ensuring payroll compliance post-agreement rollout.
• Achieved 100% score from an external auditor conducting an FY25 Business Assurance Audit (Vintage Cellars Leichhardt).
