· Develop and maintain programs relating to the preservation of Aboriginal culture and heritage

· Attend meeting with stakeholders including but not limited to, Roads and Maritime Service (RMS) NSW State Forest, Office of Environment and Heritage NSW, Pacific Complete and Seymore White
· Manage office supplies stock and place orders
· Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
· Maintain and update company databases
· Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
· Answer queries by employees and clients
· Prepare invoices
