My career focus is to gain the most comprehensive experience within vascular medicine and ultrasound I can, focusing on the best care and performance I can provide. I have a deep passion for continual learning and providing a helping hand in emerging technologies, techniques and research.
Obtained training and work as a vascular sonographer, working with multiple Vascular Surgeons and Phlebologists within an accomplished practice. I have gained extensive experience in venous and arterial pathologies, pre and post operatively. I have been trained in performing ultrasound guidance for sclerotherapy, and venous mapping for surgical procedures.
I worked at a venous clinic performing mapping and post procedural scans, gaining further experience in venous diseases and post procedural complications.
At Kareena Private I performed a wide range of roles, working closely with physiotherapists within medical, surgical, inpatient and hydrotherapy wards, as well as working with occupational therapists, nurses, physicians and management. I developed an extensive understanding of the workings of a hospital and the team that it takes for successful provision of care, to which I am grateful for. I developed a further understanding of rehabilitation and the MSK system, as well as various other medical pathologies that are not as frequently seen in the practice of vascular sonography.
