as a season chiller assessor of 14 years i have a keen eye for detail of the aus-meat standard. out of the 14 years i haven't had too many days that i have called in sick also never been later for a 2am start. Im am reliable for work. there's not more to say about myself
as a chiller assessor i start work at 2am and i grade the beef to the aus-meat standards and record each body onto a DCU, need to tag any bodies that need to be tag such as dark meat, MB2+ or MB4+
when i was a chiller leading hand i had two pusher working with me. i had to record each chiller and what codes where on each rail, record hourly temperature, what time i start to load and what time i finish each chiller, also cleaning of each chiller
beef push was a job of sorting out different codes and placing then on a rail
night cleaning was my first job at KPC. i performed many tasks as a night cleaner
