By completing this program, I would like to prepare myself for my future challenges of becoming a cop. I am confident in my ability to contribute to this program as I have a strong passion in Serving and protecting my community.

As a dedicated individual with a strong passion for law enforcement, I possess a solid foundation in the principles of policing. I am equipped with the necessary skills and understanding to carry out the duties of a Police Officer with professionalism, integrity and empathy that I have learned and showcased throughout my professionalism journey. I am known for my strong qualities, which include problem solving, communication and teamwork.

One of the aspects that have attracted me to become a Police Officer, is the commitment to community-oriented policing. I firmly believe that building strong relationships with the community is paramount to effective law enforcement. I am excited to work collaboratively with community members, local organisations and fellow officers to address concerns, implement preventative measures, and create a safe environment for all residents.

The Opportunity to contribute my skills, experience, and unwavering commitment to public safety aligns perfectly with my career goals. I am confident that my strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to make sound decisions under pressure will make me a valuable asset to the NSW Police Force.
