As an Education Facilitator at Flying Fox, I deliver engaging disability awareness programs to students across schools in Melbourne. I educate students about the diverse experiences of people with disabilities, highlighting both the challenges they may face and the importance of inclusion. My role involves equipping young people with practical tools and empathy-driven strategies to support and engage meaningfully with individuals with disabilities in their communities. Depending on the program, sessions may serve a purely educational purpose or prepare students for participation in Flying Fox camps. I also regularly collaborate with a team of facilitators to reflect on our practice, share feedback, and continuously develop our skills as educators.

As a Mathematics Tutor at Apex Academics, I work with students in Years 8–12 to strengthen their mathematical understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. I tailor each session to the student's needs—whether that involves introducing new concepts, consolidating prior knowledge, or developing exam techniques through guided practice and feedback. I focus on building students' confidence and fostering independent thinking by breaking down complex topics into manageable, relatable parts. In addition to academic instruction, I strive to create a supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, persistence, and a growth mindset.

As a Support Worker at Buttons Support Services, I provide personalised assistance to children with disabilities and their families, tailoring support to meet each individual's unique needs. My role includes a wide range of responsibilities, such as facilitating community outings, school pickups, and developing independent living skills within the home. I aim to empower each child with the tools and confidence to engage with the world, while also offering families the vital respite and support they deserve. I work with individuals across a broad spectrum of abilities, including those with high and low-functioning autism, Down syndrome, and other complex disabilities.

As a Student Medic with Flying Fox, I have volunteered on multiple three-night camps and weekend getaways, providing dedicated care and support to individuals with disabilities. My responsibilities include administering medication, assisting with personal care tasks such as showering and toileting, and responding to medical emergencies, including managing asthma attacks and seizures. Through comprehensive training, I have become a certified First Aider and qualified Mental Health First Aider, equipping me with the knowledge and confidence to provide both physical and emotional support in high-pressure environments.

As a Retail Sales Associate at Academy Brand, I provided personalised customer service by greeting shoppers, answering product inquiries, and guiding them through selections and purchases. I also took responsibility for maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the overall customer experience. Through this role, I developed strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, while gaining a solid understanding of sales processes and customer engagement. Working in a fast-paced retail setting also strengthened my sense of accountability, time management, and teamwork.

As a Basketball Coach for Maccabi Basketball Victoria, I led weekly training sessions and weekend games for teams of young athletes aged 8–16. My coaching focused on developing fundamental basketball skills, teamwork, and game intelligence through structured drills, strategic feedback, and individualized guidance. During matches, I managed in-game decision-making, including substitutions and tactical adjustments, while motivating and supporting players from the sideline. Beyond technical coaching, I took responsibility for the overall wellbeing, safety, and personal growth of each player, fostering a positive team culture and mentoring them through both athletic and personal development.
