  • Directly supervised and was responsible for the rostering of a team of 30 staff, while on a nightly basis seeing over another 100+ drivers entering the site for loading and unloading freight.
  • On a daily basis, typically received over 100 emails that needed attention, investigation or response at minimum.
  • Ensured freight was sorted and loaded onto trucks and aircraft as we specialised in overnight service anywhere in the country.
  • Established positive and effective communication among unit staff and organization leadership, reducing miscommunications, and missed deadlines.

  • First 3 years was made up of various work with Toll Fast and Capital Transport. Most of my first 3 years I always had one to two drivers working for me. By the time I was 22 I was signed directly to Toll Priority after receiving a state level recommendation from Education Queensland and quickly grew to a size where I had to form a company.
