Directly supervised and was responsible for the rostering of a team of 30 staff, while on a nightly basis seeing over another 100+ drivers entering the site for loading and unloading freight.
On a daily basis, typically received over 100 emails that needed attention, investigation or response at minimum.
Ensured freight was sorted and loaded onto trucks and aircraft as we specialised in overnight service anywhere in the country.

By the time I was 22 I was signed directly to Toll Priority after receiving a state level recommendation from Education Queensland and quickly grew to a size where I had to form a company.
