My In-store Store Manager duties aligned much the same as my current role, however during my time at Spotlight as Store Manager i was also responsible in leading the team through the Covid Pandemic which required further responsibilities.

During my time at Spotlight i had also worked as a Regional Sales Manager in the Made to Measure custom Blinds and window coverings.
This role included the management and co-ordination of 10 Sales Consultants in multiple locations. These locations included Western Sydney, Region NSW and Tasmania. In managing multiple locations this required a significant amount of travel whilst still maintaining the following responsibilities.
House was my First Store Managers role in which i started to develop my confidence to lead and manage my own team. My responsibilities were much in aligned with my following roles.
Although my time was short in comparison to other roles both before and after, this role helped build the passion and confidence to lead and manage in a larger environment with larger sales incentives.
Myer was my first role out of school and moving to Dubbo. I first started at Myer as a casual Retail Sales assistant and over a short time worked towards managing and leading my own sales team and department.
I also worked in the receivables and operations over a 12 week period each year when the receivables manager was on long service leave and included many new skills and responsibilities.
