• I started at Metricon Homes as a Junior Site Manager. After 6 months I was then upgraded to a full Site Manager Contract
• My area was western Sydney and I supervised homes in greenvfield estates and also Knock Down Rebuilds
• Looking after 10-25 Homes at once
• I took on a role as Display Home Site Manager in July 2019

• Commenced my journey with Bisthill as a construction assist were I learnt the ropes of becoming a Site Manager
• Completed night school to complete my cert 4 in Construction
• Built homes all over western sydney and southern highlands
