  • Performed HV insulation resistance testing using a Megger MIT515 both on-drum and post-installation, accurately recording results and maintaining QA documentation through Dashpivot.
  • Operated telehandlers, tractors, and remote-controlled drum roll trailers for cable handling and drum changes.
  • Installed and terminated extensive earthing systems in line with AS3000, including bare earth rings, insulated earth tails, and protected conduits for inverters, batteries, switchboards, transformers, and fencing.
  • Terminated and tested both AC and DC cabling, including 300mm² aluminium flex connections for inverters and batteries, and assisted in QA, fit-off, and final testing of multiple batteries, inverters, distribution switchboards, auxiliary switchboards, switchrooms, GIS transformers, earthing transformers, and harmonic filter pads.
  • Worked collaboratively with HV termination electricians, Powerlink representatives, and electrical engineers to ensure quality, compliance, and operational readiness of key BESS infrastructure.
