I enjoy working in a team environment and strive to produce quality work. i also work well by myself with little guidance. since 2022 i have been a 1st class welder on the ARAFURA Class OPV Project welding consolidation joins with a low failure rate i was in this role until early 2024 when i became a leading hand and ran a team off 10 welders and i oversaw the installation and weld out of vital ship parts i was lucky to look after my team for a few months before moving into a QC welding inspector role and i now look after the weld traceability and weld mapping for block consolidation. I also deal with DNV, NCB and Lurssen australia for NCR closer and Block sign off.
