Volunteering

I volunteered in the Emergency Department, every Sunday evening after work. I had many responsibilities; I assist the doctors and nurses of the ward wherever possible, this included making tea and coffee for patients and relatives, ensuring patients and comfortable and happy. Positivity was heavily encouraged, so remaining positive despite busy and hectic circumstances was a skill developed whilst volunteering.
