About me

Soccer

I started Soccer when I was about 3 and a half years old, I started in Little kickers for a team called Gunners at Macquarie fields, I was there to learn the fundamentals of the game and just to have a kick around, I did that for 2 years. I was about 5 going on 6 when my father found a soccer club called Bradbury Ambervale Bears, I started to learn the rules and play with a team, It took 7 games for me to score my first goal in a game, I was so excited!

Then the club put posters up for an Indoor soccer comp, I saw it and loved it, it was on a Saturday so I was used to the Saturday games, It was completely different, there was no outs and all these different rules, Then the worst but best thing happened, I was put in goals, i was so terrified of the ball I would mostly get out of the way and let them score, But as soon as I finished Indoor I was back at outdoor for the same club but different coach, this time it was my Father, I was so excited because I can talk to the coach and not be nervous, so we started our under 7 season and i gained a lot of friends, especially this guy named Christian, as the season went, I was top goal scorer for my team, scoring left right and centre even versing some of my school friends, the best goal I scored was an half way goal, definitely one of my best goals in my career. Then I saw Indoor soccer was back and I was dreading it, But all of a sudden I was put in goals to start with and I was saving left right and centre shots, so I became a really good goalkeeper and eventually a Goalkeeper for the team, we won that season because of my saves.

Then it was start of the outdoor season and same club and same coach I was put in goals since in under 8s there is goalkeepers so I was put in there for the season and I did a fantastic job, we ended up losing in the semi final for gala day, but it was an amazing season, I had the same club and same coach for 7 years straight getting better each year. Cut to U14s which was last year when we started winning every single game staying undefeated and eventually winning the premiers which is coming first at the end of the season but we lost our semis but it was a good fight taking a div 1 team to extra time, now this year in U15 just wasn't our year but I'm still a goalkeeper and I plan to take the same position into career for a pro team, that is my story of My soccer Career.
