While working on larger jobs at Cahill when pulling out a gearbox communicating with your work partner is key to finishing your job and making sure it is done safely so that there is no injuries., When doing an annual service on a trailer we had to keep in rhythm with the other people we worked with so that when the trailer was stripped down it was back on the road the next day., When working at Cahill whenever a problem arises my partner and I work together to resolve the problem and get the job back on track., When we were told there were no jobs to do I went around the workshop cleaning and completing paperwork. I would see what’s work was scheduled to come in and get everything prepared., When checking the job roster board I’d prioritize what needs to be done and what can wait to be done. I’d prepare my workspace with all the tools I need for the job., I always came into work ready to start the day, checking my job roster and preparing tools for the jobs I need to do.
