Joshua Richter

I am currently a retail professional with a proven track record at Officeworks Elizabeth, recognized for driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. I have developed strong communication and teamwork skills, in a fast-paced retail environment, providing efficient and friendly support to diverse clientele. I contributed to winning 'Store of the Year' through effective problem-solving and personalized service. I displayed strong customer service and technological knowledge at the start of my employment, which i was rewarded with a move to the 'Tech-Team'. I have shown my eagerness to improve and achieve results in a team environment. I have worked at Officeworks close to four years which shows commitment and dependableness.

I achieved my ATAR in 2023 at Golden Grove High School. I achieved multiple academic awards during my study at GGHS. I maintained strong attendance rates highlighting my desire to learn. I captained the school football team in 2023, while not winning a game against superior opponents, I created a strong, positive environment where we punched above our weight. This shows strong leadership skills in a position where results were not ideal.

I am currently undertaking a Bachelor's degree of Criminology at the University of Adelaide. I am in my second year, having completed over half of the course work to achieve my Bachelor's. I have completed coursework on cybersecurity, policing and currently completing coursework on criminal network analysis and global terrorism.

I am eager to apply my skills in communication, teamwork and leadership while also enhancing my extensive research abilities and passion for results in new challenges.
