Senior Sergeant - General Duties

Queensland Police Service
  • Control available resources (internal and external) through effective management techniques aimed at service delivery, crime prevention and detection.

Senior Sergeant - Senior State Disaster Management

Queensland Police Service
  • Provide high quality coordination and management of training and exercising in support of state, district groups and other relevant agencies across the state.
  • Coordinate and deliver high quality recognised exercise management training to members of the QPS.
  • Provide high quality operational advice and support to QPS Disaster Management Support Officers across the state.
  • Provide high quality, well-researched advice to senior officers on state and national disaster management issues likely to affect the provision of policing services to Queensland.
