Returning to my previous role at the dealership after being contacted by manager and asked to return to workshop.

Controlling incoming and outgoing parts for all repair vehicles coming from multiple suppliers. Ensuring all parts received correctly to reduce work stoppages. Correct stock locations to increase workflow. Dealing with a wide range of vehicle manufacturers. Supplier invoice and credit management.

Servicing and maintaining vehicles of many different brands. Specialising in Hyundai, Nissan and Ram. Reporting back to Service Advisors to contact customer for additional work if needed. Working with apprentices and teaching them the basics of vehicle maintenance as an introduction to the workshop and the Automotive Industry. Time management due to dealing with multiple vehicles and ensuring time parameters are met.

I also worked as a Service Advisor on multiple occasions helping when needed as holiday relief. Dealing with customers to ensure the best experience for them whilst working with the workshop to for smooth workflow. Making sure specific parts have arrived for customers if needed.

Goods incoming from suppliers. Ensuring correct stock allocation to item bin. Overages recorded for stock putaway. Correct stock rotation to minimise stock loss. Inputting invoices to ensure correct stock levels. More frequent stocktakes of faster moving items to maintain correct stock counts. Stock adjustments of damaged and/or unsalable items. Taking and processing phone orders from Customers. Picking stock for trucks and customers. Dealing with both internal and external delivery drivers in regards to stock discrepancies.

Assembling electronic components for roadside traffic signs and traffic lights. Quality control for LED light boards and motherboards. Ensuring stock levels are correct for assembly line workers to assemble and have smooth work flow. Helping with board spraying and on assembly floor when needed to complete sign deliveries.
