- Currently employed as the Regional Maintenance Leader (almost 6 years) for the Picton Locomotive workshop in charge of 9 person team 2 mech apprentices, 5 fitters and 2 electricians
- Ensuring Office of the National Rasl Safety Regulator rollingstock compliances are adhered to
- Daily running of locomotive rollingstock team
- Ensuring SAP work orders are filled out correctly with all technical details
- Reliability fault finding and parts sourcing (including assisting other depots and planners)
