  • Currently employed as the Regional Maintenance Leader (almost 6 years) for the Picton Locomotive workshop in charge of 9 person team 2 mech apprentices, 5 fitters and 2 electricians
  • Ensuring Office of the National Rasl Safety Regulator rollingstock compliances are adhered to
  • Daily running of locomotive rollingstock team
  • Ensuring SAP work orders are filled out correctly with all technical details
  • Reliability fault finding and parts sourcing (including assisting other depots and planners)
  • Highly Experienced in infield recovery of rollingstock and vehicle impacts (planning and execution of derailment recovery’s and impact recovery several being in the main stream media)
  • Meeting the demands of customer KPI’s (south 32 and Alcoa)
