    are communicated to external organisations prior to them performing works that affect the City’s
    assets
  • Undertake regular inspections during the construction of external projects to ensure compliance
    with the agreed construction requirements and reinstatement conditions of the City’s assets
  • Prepare photographic dilapidation reports before any external third-party construction project as
    well as recording all photographic evidence of all inspections undertaken throughout the
