Confident in providing critical care for Post Cardio vascular Thorasic surgeries
Familiar with handling equipment like ABG machine, syringe pumps, cardiac monitor, ECG machine, BGL machine, Ventilators(invasive and non-invasive) and Vac machines
Follow Rights of medication administration
Maintains strict documentation includes I/O, Medication, Observation Charts etc
Follows appropriate Infection control protocols
Effective communication with multi-disciplinary team for best possible outcome of the patient
