- Machine operation: Run, monitor, and adjust weighing, packaging, and conveyor machines.
- Quality checking: Inspect mushrooms for size, defects, and correct weight.
- Product sorting: Sort mushrooms by grade and prepare them for packing.
- Packing & labeling: Pack mushrooms accurately and apply correct labels.
- Dispatch preparation: Palletise, wrap, and stage finished goods for transport.
- Stock handling: Replenish materials, follow FIFO, and maintain clean storage areas.
- Equipment safety: Use pallet jacks and tools safely while following WHS rules.
- Documentation: Complete basic production records, packing slips, and stock forms.
- Team coordination: Work with supervisors and production staff to meet daily targets.
- Hygiene compliance: Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness
