  • Worked cohesively, as a team member, leader or autonomously to conduct all tasks required for aircraft arrivals, departures and other operational functions. Consistently using a high level of initiative, pre-planning, and proactive problem-solving, with limited communication around aircraft noise.
  • Executed diverse responsibilities, including aircraft receipt, dispatch, pushback, lead-loading, fleet presentation, toilet and water servicing, high-risk work from heights, passenger marshalling and baggage make-up services.
  • Coordinated teams of between 3 to 12 to Unload, Clean or Load aircraft, in-line with Loading Instructions, flight schedules and customer/company expectations.
  • Managed long-shifts on a 7-day rotating roster. Monitoring personal fatigue, ensuring safety is foremost priority.
  • Liaised with and worked to maintain good relations with my colleagues and the many other stake-holders involved in Perth Airport ramp operations. Keeping customer service and effective communication, both verbal and written, as a high priority, at all levels.
  • Functioning in a high-stress environment, resolving operational disruptions, organising and prioritising tasks to meet strict OTP deadlines. whilst actively identifying, managing and reporting work or airport safety hazards or risks.
