In my role with Ultimate 48 Hour Author I am committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and unmatched support for their clients.
I have been taught customer service best practices and I am adept at exploring different solutions to address customer needs effectively.
My role was to greet and welcome attendees at our book writing seminar, using Excel to track numbers. I would then show the attendee to their seat and make sure they were comfortable and settled in.
I would help with the venue room set up and break down pre and post event and take product sales managing cash and Eftpos facilities.
I am honest, hardworking and reliable and pride myself in my presentation. I am looking for an opportunity to expand my experience outside my family's business and bring my customer service skills into an organisation that is looking to give that opportunity.
