Over the past 12 years while working for Land’s Edge I have progressed from a trainee Outdoor Guide to Chowder Bay Manager (Site Manager), to Program Coordinator and on to my current role a Education and Experiences Coordinator.
I always go above and beyond to ensure our clients are satisfied with our service and have developed and maintained strong relationships with many schools as well as further developing our client base.
I believe it’s my exceptional interpersonal skills that sets me apart in this capacity, and my ability to ensure all clients feel valued. Having worked in a variety of customer service oriented industries, I have developed an astute ability to trouble shoot and problem solve, as I understand it is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction. I have displayed my versality in the multitude of roles I have undertaken at Land’s Edge over years. It has provided me with variety and challenges that have enabled me to develop and improve my skills and knowledge in environmental and outdoor education.
