• Tracking production of POs from Colombia and Costa Rica mills using Oracle system.

• Keeping informed customers about the status of the POs via email and telephone.

• Coordinating maritime, land or air dispatches for Latin American customers through the booking team to ensure shipments dispatched on time.

• Working closely with team members to deliver project requirements, develop solutions and meet deadlines related with shipments for all the regions (LA, Mexico, USA, Europe)

• Preparation and analysis of reports and dashboards for sales follow-up, contribution margin, sales budget for management and management of business units in Business Intelligence and Excel.
