I am an experienced advocate with a strong work ethic, specializing in Veteran Affairs, including veterans and veterans' families' welfare. I have successfully represented veterans on advisory health forums, influencing policy and program development. I was recognised with an OAM for service to veterans and veterans' families, showcasing a commitment to improving the lives of veterans and their families. Proven ability to identify issues and get access to those who have the ability to mobilise resources for effective solutions.
Over the past 18 years I have made multiple submissions to inquiries regarding Veteran issues. I have also made oral submissions to the Repatriation Medical Authority, The Specialist Medical Review Council and The Productivity Commission discussing Veteran issues and short comings in the Statement of Principle legislation.
I have made multiple submissions to senate enquiries and have participated in several DVA inquiries including the Dunt inquiry.
I have danced since I was two, completing my exams in classical, Tap and Jazz in the Commence Syllabus. I am a member of Comdance.
I am a avid AFL supporter who attends games every week.
I love musical theatre and see as many shows as I can.
In January 26th Australia Day Honours 2020 I was awarded an OAM.
