I will bring a wealth of life experience to this role, that I will fulfil with outstanding customer service which I believe will be critical to satisfactorily performing this role.
Experience:
I have, most recently, operated my own business for 11 years, which has largely been problem-solving and solution-based in an extremely personalized, and sensitive arena.
Skills:
Very personalised communication was required across a wide range of mostly female clients.
I am competent at detailed documentation. It was necessary to accurately document my clients' requirements. I have always (usually) been able to find a good solution for each individual client's particular issues. Confidentiality is of vital importance in this work with women and their breast forms.
I believe my interpersonal skills are excellent.
I am competent at navigating the programs and computer systems that we set up for our business, and I can understand and follow a documented process.
I am disciplined, self-motivated, and adaptable.
The staff at Perfect Again became a highly skilled and competent team.
Attributes:
I am good at listening to people. Because of that, I feel I can read a situation, navigate its needs, and arrive at a solution. The customer is the most important part of this equation, and that must remain front and centre. I feel confident at being able to positively solve quite complex problems, which I think this role may require.
Performance:
In my time as Director of Perfect Again, I was able to find solutions for hundreds of women.
I am proud of this.
