  • Overseeing 100+ staff Nationally with the support of our field trainers to ensure the success and execution of shifts.
  • Weekly reports to measure shift outcomes.
  • Payroll duties including approval of staff's receipts/ timesheet/ LSL application/ Floats/Bonds & Manual Pay Adjustment.
  • Coordinate daily operations & assign tasks to field trainers and operations support staff.
  • Review and approval of Retailer invoices for sessions completed in field.
  • Organize supervisions with field trainers to support field team to ensure compliance & we are delivering excellence every time.
  • Fortnightly Newsletters to all filed staff/ company updates to engage and retain staff. Monthly Newsletter completed for our division/ Business internally.
  • Assistance in the onboarding process, setting them up in the company's database & providing all the necessary training documents required for attendance to first shift.

  • Coordinate & booking store sessions with various retailers via their system including Coles, Woolworths, Dan Murphys and others.
  • Review Completion reports/ follow ups.

  • Support with coaching and develop of Brand Ambassadors, and providing feedback to continually raise the bar on performance.
