Work History

  • Directly manage a team of case managers, including providing expert technical advice and expertise in case management processes and procedures and administrative tasks; Mentor, guide and coach case managers in the delivery of professional tribunal services by establishing a work environment that supports staff and values personal development
  • Case management in line with developed policies and procedures in an efficient and timely manner and in accordance with the legislation and rules that apply to QCAT including complex cases; Make recommendations about the urgency of applications to the Registrar; Foster a work environment focused on continuous improvement through the identification and implementation of business, process and technological improvement initiatives; Represent QCAT at forums, workshops or meetings as required; During this time I also relieved as the Appeals Manager for the Civil and Administrative Registry QCAT, the Deputy Registrar for both the Civil and Administrative Registry and the Human Rights Registry and as the Client Services Manager QCAT.
